Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. will have the right to participate in any defense by you of a third-party claim related to your use of any of the Website content or Products, with counsel of Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. choice at its expense. Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. will reasonably cooperate in any defense by you of a third-party claim at your request and expense. Resort Terms & Conditions

Rooms Reservation

The rooms booking feature on the Site is provided primarily to assist guests in determining the availability of rooms as per the category and the tariff for various plans and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose.

Before booking you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions.

While booking you agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions.

The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for hotels and resorts owned or managed by Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd.

Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions.

No contract will subsist between you and Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. or any of its affiliates in respect of any services offered through the Site unless and until Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. Accepts your order by e-mail or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or products are set out in the Site.

You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before providing you with any services or products.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Rooms and room plans at Vijayshree Resort, Hampi can be booked in advance by paying 50 % of the Tariff on the website being the confirmation voucher value and the balance 50 % has to be paid before arrival or during check in. All charges billed towards the guest during the stay has to be settled before check out time.

Timings

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.

Check-in time is 12:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Allow 20 minutes for serving your orders in our restaurants.

House Rules

Its mandatory for guests to provide a valid government authorized photo identity card (PAN Card is not Valid) when checking in and filling the GRC, For payments made vide Credit Card, one of the guest must hold the Credit Card in his name only.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservation where it appears that the guest has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under any other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

The rooms will be accommodated with 2 + 1 guest only

We are married couple friendly only.

Pets are not allowed inside the property

For photo shoot guests a maximum of four people will be allowed.

Guest’s vehicle will only be parked at the parking spot and the vehicles will not be allowed inside the resort at any cost and the guests will be provided with the vehicle belonging to the resort from 7 am to 11 pm to move inside the resort premises.

Government taxes will be collected on bills where ever they are applicable.

Resort is a smoking free and alcohol free zone, no non vegetarian foods allowed inside the resort.

Extra Charges

Our Child policy with extra bed and breakfast for children below 5 yrs shall be complimentary from us.

Above 05 yrs to 09yrs the charges shall be rs 1500.00+ gst CP Plan on Hertiage kutiya & Heritage villa

Above 05 yrs to 09yrs the charges shall be rs 2500.00+ gst CP Plan on Royal Havali & Presidential Suit

Above 09yrs the charges shall be rs 2000.00+ gst on CP Plan Hertiage kutiya & Heritage villa

Above 09yrs the charges shall be rs 3000.00+ gst on CP Plan Royal Havali & Presidential Suit

General

Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. Does not accept any liability for any failure by Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If Vijayshree Heritage Village Pvt ltd. Waives any rights available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.

You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by the laws in force in India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Any differences can be sorted out mutually and if the mutual agreements fails then the appellate authority shall be the local courts at Hospet, and district court at Bellary district and the high court at Bangalore Karnataka and the Supreme Court at N Delhi India.
